Refund policy

Standard Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day returns for all customers in the US. The return window starts from the day the shipment is received.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Engraved and monogrammed products
  • Gift cards

RETURN SHIPPING

We charge $10 flat rate return shipping for returns that meet our return requirements.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not currently offer exchanges online.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

The Brand reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns, including but not limited to personalized or final sale items, and to return said items to the sender. The Brand is not responsible for return shipments that are rejected, re-directed or abandoned and will not issue a refund for the underlying item(s).

In the event that the Brand identifies an atypical pattern or practice of excessive returns or abuse of its return policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future returns or use of our Sites (or any portion thereof).
